Flanagan Lawrence's Acoustic Shells project has won the Architects' Journal Small Projects Special Prize.
According to the AJ, the judging panel "were impressed by the ‘simplicity’ of the £100,000 scheme." The panel, judged by acting editor Rory Olcayto included sustainability editor Hattie Hartman, DSDHA’s Deborah Saunt, Pocket design director Russ Edwards, Vicky Legrove of Jackson Coles and Paul Reed from competition sponsor Marley Eternit.
The project will now be displayed at the Building Centre on Store Street from until 11 April.
