Chris Dyson Architect's Sekforde Arms wins two RIBA Awards
The Sekforde Arms in Clerkenwell by Chris Dyson Architects has won a Regional RIBA Award as well as The RIBA London Sustainability Award.
The historic building has been joined to a new build extension by means of a glass link. The external restoration exposed the 200 year old brickwork - and the reinstating of a more sympathetic timber shopfront. With characteristic care and painstaking research, Chris Dyson Architects has breathed new life into a landmark building.
