David Lawrence is Managing Director of Flanagan Lawrence and, as well as running the business, leads teams on a diverse range of projects, including residential developments located mainly in Central London, high-profile office developments and city centre masterplans. David has also led major regeneration schemes at Wembley, Greenwich, Manchester and Salford.

Flanagan Lawrence’s transformation of an Art Deco cinema into a luxury hotel has had significant traction with the media.

To date the project has featured in numerous international titles and lead architect, Jason Flanagan, was recently  invited to speak on the BBC’s Robert Elms Show.

Jason is Design Director of the practice, leading teams delivering a varied portfolio including rural and urban masterplans, hotels and spas, residential projects such as individual houses and apartment buildings, and performing arts centres.

Jason has an extensive track record of working on public buildings for the performing arts, leading the team on the award-winning  Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in Cardiff which comprises a concert call, theatre and gallery space.
